Terms and conditions of use of the site

The following terms of use (hereinafter the TERMS OF USE) constitute the agreement between Escuadra Technology (hereinafter Escuadra Technology) and any user of the SITE whose electronic address is: http://escuadramx.com ( hereinafter the SITE).

The use of the SITE by any person, attributes the quality of user (hereinafter the USER) and this implies their full and unconditional adherence to these TERMS OF USE; consequently, it is essential that the USER read them in advance and evaluate them carefully, in such a way that they are aware that they are subject to them and to the modifications that they may undergo, each time they access the SITE.

Liability for damages and detriments

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event that Escuadra Technology was sanctioned or condemned by the competent authority in any procedure related to civil, criminal, administrative or any other type of liability, it will notify the responsible USER, who must pay Escuadra Technology the amount to which it has been ordered to cover, as well as the costs, fees and other expenses incurred, within the 15 calendar days following notification. In case of delay of payment in the indicated term, THE USER agrees to pay Escuadra Technology by way of conventional penalty, an amount equivalent to the main fate.

Personal data

To use or enjoy some of the CONTENTS, the USER must previously provide Escuadra Technology with certain personal data (hereinafter PERSONAL DATA) that Escuadra Technology may or may not automatically administer. The USER, by accessing the SITE or any of the CONTENTS in which the PERSONAL DATA is required, is authorizing Escuadra Technology to carry out analyzes and studies based on them.

Escuadra Technology authorizes the USER to use the SITE exclusively in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed here, without implying that it grants the USER any license or authorization or any type of right other than the aforementioned use regarding the "Intellectual Property" of Escuadra Technology . Understanding as "Intellectual Property" all trademarks registered and / or used in Mexico or abroad by Escuadra Technology, as well as all rights to inventions (patented or not), industrial designs, utility models, confidential information, trade names, notices commercial, reservations of rights, domain names, as well as all kinds of economic rights over works and creations protected by copyright and other forms of industrial or intellectual property recognized or that come to recognize the corresponding laws.

Other provisions

Shape. The USER agrees that a printed version of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and of any communication sent and / or received electronically will be admissible as evidence in any judicial and / or administrative proceeding.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. In everything related to the interpretation and compliance with the provisions herein, simply by accessing the SITE, USERS agree to submit to the applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that by reason of their present or future addresses, or for any other reason that may correspond to them.

Ineffective provisions

In the event that any of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed herein is considered non-executable or is declared null or invalid in accordance with the applicable legislation, it will be replaced by a term or condition that is valid and that can more rigorously fulfill the objective of the disposition not enforceable or that has been declared null or invalid. Rights

Any right that has not been expressly conferred in this document is understood to be reserved to Escuadra Technology.
